Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Biloxi Ticket Finder reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
